Easy to use, flexible savings account

Accessing my account online and via the app is quick and easy. On the rare occasions I have had to contact customer service, the response has been quick, friendly and helpful. The interest rate is quite competitive and the account meets my needs, with same/next day (dependent on the time of day requested) transfers between it and my current account when necessary.
