Quick, responsive and reliable bank.

I had proceeds from the sale of my house that I wanted to put into a flexible savings account with a decent interest rate until I needed it for a new house purchase. RCI fitted the bill perfectly and we’re on hand to quickly respond to my queries. Withdrawal was very quick and reliable as it was important to have the peace of mind that I could quickly have the funds available back in to my bank at the point of purchase. Good reliable bank.

RCI interest rates are good - always increased before many other banks. As a small saver, the accounts are easily accessed and money transferred to my debit account quickly. Very satisfied customer . Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
