Online and Agent experience with RCI

Having dealt online and with an agent I have found both experiences to be very slick achieving what i wanted in a timely and efficient manner. Easy to Use Helpful Banking

On line banking is very easy to use. On the few occaisions I have needed to contact Customer Services they have been easy to contact with very little wait time, polite, and always been able to give useful assistance.
