I found RCI customer service very helpful and patient.

I found RCI customer service very helpful, especially as I am an elderly customer, they are always patient and stay online to assist me navigate their web portal. Thank you RCI well done. Their savings product usually are very competitive and they inform us if they change the rate so we transfer to another better paying account.
