Refreshingly simple processes at a friendly bank.

Happy Customer

I've had my Freedom savings acct for several years now. The rate stays competitive and reasonable. Logging into and out of the account is very straight-forward and easy. Website graphics are simple and readable, while also conveying the information I need, like acct name and current balance, easy dropdowns for statements, transactions, interest, withdrawals. So pleased that I found this savings account.

So pleased that I found this savings account. I am not aware of any bank that emails you advising they are increasing my interest rate to match those that are offered to new customers like RCI do. Also I don't need to open a new account every 12 months because a so called bonus rate has expired. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
