My own personal bank

I am dealing with onlline savings on my own as my husband died 2 years ago. RCI bank is brilliant. It treats me as a very important customer and my customer service queries are always answered promptly. The Freedom Savings Account is brilliant for me. I can withdraw money one day and it lands in my current account the following day. It is just like going into a bank and withdrawing money over the counter. Such service! Why would you go anywhere else

I’ve used them for a while now, if I have a question or need some help they are always happy to help and know how to help me without delay.
