Very pleased with Interest Rate and Customer Service

I have recommended RCI to at least 3 other people, 2 of whom have opened an account (where's your referral scheme? :o) because whenever I've had to phone customer service they have been very good - you employ bright people with good people skills. You also always have a competitive interest rate too, so I never feel the need to shop around. Reviewed on: 8th February 2026

Great savings account.

Very easy account to use. Always kept up to date regarding interest rate changes. The interest rates are also excellent compared to other big name banks. Transfer times have also improved when moving money into your nominated account. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026
