Easy to setup and transfer money

Easy to setup and transfer money to and from the account. Interest rate not the best but not far off. App was good until a recent update; it didn't like my Samsung Galaxy S8 with the very old Android version 9. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

RCI communicates with, and looks after, its customers

RCI has been consistent over many years in communicating with iots customers. For example every interest rate increase and decrease is clearly communicated. It also needs to be said that RCI bank remains very competitive in the savings marketplace. Withdrawals are sent out swiftly and any deposits acknowledged. I am a person who does not hesitate to move my accounts if I feel the institution where the money is deposited is not working in my interests. It speaks volumes that I have kept money in RCI's instant access account for many years and currently have no thought of closing the account. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Easy access account that stays competitive.

I used to change my easy access savings account every year but have been with RCI for several years now as their Freedom savings account consistently changes the interest rate to stay competitive. App and website and clean and functional also. Happy to stick with them in view of the above Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Saving Satisfaction

This account is flexible, so convenient for me, and offers a competitive rate of interest. The Customer Service is excellent. Several fixed term accounts are available, including one for electric car financing. I strongly recommend RCI Bank. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
