Good service for online banking

Good customer service staff processes seem dated

Great customer service staff but shockingly poor operating procedures. The rates are good but keeping customers informed of changes in rates especially the 95 day-notice account decreases in interest rates is not clear Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I have banked with RCI for over 9 years and am thoroughly satisfied with the Service. On the rare occasions that I have used Customer service, I have found them to be responsive, friendly and helpful.
