Excellent service from Kim and the Retentions team

Excellent service from Kim Willett, who explained everything clearly and without undue fuss. Her colleague Finn was also efficient in understanding my needs and then arranging an appointment. I liked too that Kim realised that I understood a reasonable amount about mortgages, so didn’t over explain.
