Ex Pat BTL Mortgage

I went through a broker as I needed a specialist mortgage in my position. I had nothing to do with Saffron until the mortgage was finalised. Positives - They did drop down the interest rate as the government dropped it down after I had been approved and we were going thru the process. Negatives - The paperwork they needed seemed endless but maybe this is "normal" in the circumstances. Final Point - Since having the mortgage taken out and being in the portal and also having a query and sending a message thru the portal I have found it very easy to navigate and Lisa whom replied to my email was very polite and helpful.
