Call to port and top up my mortgage

Hi, I initially rang in on Mon and was informed that someone will call me back later. I had to call back on Tues, wed and thurs for someone to call back on Fri. My phone was cut off on many occations whilst waiting during the week. However, my service and conversation and information provided was very good. It just took a week to speak to someone.
