Efficient, helpful, lovely staff.

Saffron building society have given us our self build mortgage. When we want to access more money we fill out a form, send photos and book a valuation. We've done this 3 times so far and each time our emails are answered very quickly, valuation company phone quickly afterwards and it's just a very straightforward, efficient process with really lovely helpful staff. Customer Experience

Overall extremely slow - it took several (on average 5) before anything sent to you was even looked at never mind actioned. This gave rise to a very poor and stressful customer experience. And then there was delay at your end setting up the DD - resulting in a warning letter from your collections department! Not a good introduction to Saffron. Reviewed on: 7th November 2024

It took months and months to sort out
