Lack of follow up to enquiry

Called in last Friday and despite 2 attempts to register for online access I was not being any login details. Spoke to CSA who said there was an IT issue and would revert back on Monday / Tuesday. Still no feedback received Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

I had a very good experience with the retention team...

I had a very good experience with the retention team for switching my product. First experience was with Leon who was friendly and informative and went through the details about why he has recommended this product to me and secondly with Lisa in the absence of Leon who has been friendly and also aware of my situation and help me solved it quickly. Application to extend mortgage refused

Your representative was very helpful but was constrained by your ridiculous policy regarding affordability I applied to extend my mortgage by two years I currently have a pension pot of £250000 but because I drawdown it apparently only equates to £9K pa income I draw down £6K per month Reviewed on: 4th June 2024

Accomodating Lender

Good on day to day stuff

My view of Saffron BS

The staff are excellent and it is great to be able to talk to a person direct. It also helps that the calls are not dealt with by a overseas call centre. Saffron offer an excellent service but you do have to accept paying slightly higher costs for this. Reviewed on: 30th May 2024
