I phoned x3 times the number shown on my mortgage statement & each got to “you are no.1 in the queue’ & each time I got cut off! Efficient and friendly service,

I was pleased that in our circumstances and at our age the society was happy to offer an extended term rather than recommending a lifetime mortgage. Also Rosanna Nahome was very helpful and easy to talk to. Reviewed on: 6th January 2024

Mortgages review

Response time is very slow, seems to be a consistent 3 working days before each email response. I've been trying to get answers to my query for 2 weeks now. Some of the responses have been generic and not relevant to the questions. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023
