Excellent service

I needed an expat mortgage to purchase my mother’s flat and they were very helpful - on returning to the UK this was changed to a buy to let UK mortgage and all my dealings with Saffron Building Society have been professional, timely and helpful. Much to recommend them! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Saffron still believes in the personal touch!

I have recently been singing Saffron's praises to friends and colleagues. All my dealings have been direct with Saffron staff whom all have always been helpful. The most interesting part was that I was able to connect to a real person quickly and one two occasions spoke with same person!! They were able to access my record almost instantly. Simply the best .. Saffron Building Society

After trying our own bank and others for a mortgage and getting nowhere. Saffron building society not only gave us a mortgage but beat all of the other rates we were offered. We would not go anywhere else for a mortgage now and they deserve to be recognised for being a customer friendly ,informative and superb building society. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

I rang to change my address on a buy to let.

I rang to change my address on a buy to let. Was told she could not do it and I must email in. I did that and waited 3 weeks- Nothing, so I called and was kicked back on your waiting system twice.
