Late mortgage payment

I had a cash issue and called to explain that I wouldn’t have my mortgage payment on the due date. I would have it 4 days later. The lady on the phone was very attentive and reassured me it would be fine. Put me at ease at a slightly stressed time. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
