Direct contact with Saffron staff, once the application had been agreed in principle, may have helped speed up the process of providing you with the information you needed. Too many middle people. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

While initially there was some focus and a sense of progress this was not sustained and I found myself sending the same information again in some instances. In the end however no result was communicated to me; this was unsatisfactory. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

The mortgage application was very lengt,hyit took months longer than it should which caused stress,alot of the documents could of been scanned or faxed which would of speeded up the process Reviewed on: 18th September 2023
