Everything - you asked me this before and asked if you could contact - no one did. It clearly shows you do not care to improve so why waste my time. Asking for statements is impossible, the staff attitude is condescending and indifferent. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

The product range is weak for >60 deposit and the change of product from my previous illustration to now change fees for early exit annoyed me given how I’ve been with the BS for years now. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

only comment - I didn't feel it was clear on the paperwork that the offer was time sensitive ie had to be accepted in x weeks. I only saw information to make the switch x weeks before the end of our current product for it to be active. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

I find it ridiculous that it is 2023 and I cannot check my mortgage statements online. Having to use email or phone is slow and inefficient. Furthermore Saffron extorts £12 for each statement provided, which is petty and inflexible Reviewed on: 6th February 2023
