Exceptional Service

I was struggling to manage an ISA via the app and decided to telephone instead. I'm so pleased I did as I spoke with an advisor who was both expert and warm. I was supported to make the changes and felt valued as much more than a customer, but as part of our community. My wait time was tiny (measured in seconds) compared to other organisations and the service was exceptional. Reviewed on: 13th November 2025
