I've been a SWBS customer for several years now - initially due to living near Saffron Walden but latterly drawn by their easier to use online service and, as in this case, the fact that I can speak to a real person if I have a problem or query. Sophia had all the answers and even spotted and corrected a mistake she admitted SWBS had made on the details of the account we were discussing - now that's Excellent Service!
