Excellent Service

On arrival at the branch saying that we had an appointment we were straight away greeted by name and taken to a very comfortable waiting area. Kyle Stanway came to meet us, introducing both himself and Lauren (?) the branch manager who would be sitting in with him. We feel that we were fully listened to regarding which accounts were suitable for our needs. We also discussed suitable accounts for our grandchildren. We left feeling very pleased with the service that we received. Just to say that we will definitely be returning to open accounts for the grandchildren in the very near future once we have their relevant information. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025
