Tried to load app on tablet after years of no proble...

Tried to load app on tablet after years of no problems only to get message saying app now only available on a phone. No communication to say this was happening. Problem is app doesn't work on Huawei phone and to use website have to go on desktop site on smartphone which is dreadful. Secure messages not answered for ages. Have withdrawn funds, closed account and transfer to another building society with far better app and website as well as customer service. great relationship

We recently opened a savings account with Saffron. We are a registered charity so not many options were available to us. Saffron were great from start to finish. Mutuality should be supported!
