Children’s accounts

I went to the nearest branch to open regular savings acs for my 3 grandchildren, having checked by phone that I could do that, only to be told that each application needed to be signed by a parent, so forms had to be taken away and posted back, which caused a delay in their opening, but happy with the product itself. Customer service v The App

I've now downloaded the saffron app, however before I did the customer service from those I dealt with is 2nd to none truly fantastic, polite well mannered at funny we have good humour and still professional. Help with setting up online access

I have recently opened up a regular savings account for my granddaughter and had trouble setting up the account for online access. I had several phone calls and ‘chats’ online - the staff were all knowledgeable and very helpful and patient in helping me to do what I wanted in the end. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
