Friendly and efficient customer service...

Always receive friendly and efficient customer service in the Ware branch. I have just downloaded the Savings Maturity Pack. I find the Instruction Form to be slightly confusing. The email advised I that I could complete the maturity instruction by using the online portal but the relevant link was not apparent. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

I am always happy to visit our local Saffron BS as the staff are so friendly and helpful. In a World of speaking to machines and 'bots' it is comforting to know that you can still speak and get advice from real people when dealing with the Saffron. I chose the BS because of it's presence on the High St. as well as the on-line option and my intereactions in both areas have proved that I made a wise choice. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
