It is a helpful branch, but the communication regarding maturity documents of regular savings accounts needs improving, I did not receive any details, so had to go into the branch to sort the error. Reviewed on: 15th December 2023

The branch is only open sometimes during the week never see the same staff in branch would like the branch to be open 6 days a week the branch would get more clients in not all transactions can be carried out on line poor system Reviewed on: 14th December 2023

My wife holds an 'online only' E-Saver acct. We understood this meant we could fully manage it online but not in-branch. But when going online to move cash elsewhere we found this was not so. Your branch staff did not explain this to us. Reviewed on: 14th December 2023
