Over promising and under delivering. Took over 7 weeks and after sending applications, with confirmed signed I.d (birth certificates)only to receive my application back saying that the offer is now only available in branch. Terrible Reviewed on: 5th December 2023

I would have liked the problem to have been corrected because it was the second time the same problem had arisen and in my opinion my instruction was a very simple one and should not have happened again. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023
