Telephoned on 30November KEPT WAITING FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR, to speak to someone, then gave up. Very poor service, mor staff is required. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2023

Staff are great. Took 4 visits to sort my account, couldn't verify my barclays account of 30 years, so had to wait for a paper statement from Barclays. Meantime you sent 2 texts warning you would close my account if I didn't pay in. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2023
