My account opening letter was not clear enough on what is the reference number to set up a payment with my nominated bank. I initiall put a personal preference thinking t was about what I would see on my savings account statement. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

The woman to whom I spoke was extremely good but having to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone was not good. However the wait was worth the time because of the woman to whom I spoke. But the waiting time was really too long. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

My only criticism is that due to the fact that Halstead doesn’t have a bank it was disappointing to find that the branch was shut on Friday. My transaction wasn’t urgent this time but could’ve been. Reviewed on: 11th September 2023
