Call was unnecessary if you provided basic info when opening an account i.e. like how to pay in money like most other providers. Letters/emails chasing for lack of payment into account when you have not provided basic info are unnecessary. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

The website is terrible. Once you login, it feels like you're back in the 90s - typeface looks like it was from a typewriter; nothing is easy to understand - two ways of taking money out, but no explanation of how to play it in etc etc Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

I spent time in opening an ISA a/c because I wanted to do an ISA transfer, but on finding this was not included, I had to phone to cancel my application. A waste of time for all involved, when the on-screen notes could have been clearer. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023
