See above. To improve: I had not realised that my registration some years ago would still be valid even though I had closed these earlier accounts. I would be helpful if somehow this could somehow be conveyed. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

It would be useful not to have both a Bank account number and an Account number on the paperwork, this can be confusing. My money has left my old bank account but I've had no confirmation that it has arrived into my new Saffron account Reviewed on: 15th August 2023
