interest £5.35 on children regular saver not credited to balance . dated 25/04/2023 checked at colchester branch . interest £5.35 was divided into £3.04 and £1.52 which equals £4.56 on the passbook .Then £1.52 is not added again . Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

the problem is that the branch opening times are somewhat erratic - only 4 days, mainly mornings. I would expect every day. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

I visited Saffron Walden to open a bond from an existing account. A follow-up email and letter confirmed the account was open but no confirmation of the amount invested. I phoned and the person I spoke to said a second letter would be sent. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023
