My problem was resolved by telephone but worrying where my money had gone would have been easily resolved if the initial letter had clearly said that your account and sort code AND my roll number as reference were needed to transfer money. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Nothing to improve on but want to say that all telephone calls have been answered promptly. Our queries dealt with efficiently and lovely conversation made by staff. None of this "how are you today, ENJOY!!!, just normal conservations. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
