Printing into the passbook is slow and not very good. Print is sometimes unclear and sometimes poorly placed or not straight. You need a better computer/printer. However, the system works well, and it has stood the test of time. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

It is infuriating that I cannot pay £10 into two of my grandchildren's savings accounts with a £20 note - it is very difficult to get exactly the right notes now that there are no banks in Saffron Walden. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
