Its so nice to have a branch to go to and discuss matters with rather than impersonal on line contact. Why did I need to give notice to transfer money from saver a/c to open an ISA. This is an internal move of money? Reviewed on: 9th January 2023

The online portal could be a bit more helpful. I didn't want to travel to a branch but found I had to as I couldn't transfer momey out of the saver account I had online. Reviewed on: 9th January 2023

Went to branch to sort out. Information on the door said it was within opening hours. It was shut, extremely frustrating. This also happened a few weeks back, again info on door said it should be open- it wasn't. Reviewed on: 9th January 2023
