The length of the 'phone queue suggests insufficient resources dedicated to 'phone enquiries. What I wanted to do wasn't actually possible on-line (even though the email sent me said it was). Reviewed on: 8th November 2022

I have an existing regular saver account and discovered by chance you now do one with higher interest. I believe you should email savers when you do this. I had to phone and close the account, receive my savings back and open a new one. Reviewed on: 8th November 2022
