Rather spasmodic. Couldn’t tell me where a large sum of my savings had gone, until I pointed out the very large amount in a bond, and this was a supervisor teaching a junior, not that impressed with juniors attitude. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

The staff member didn’t listen to my request properly so wasted 15 minutes, it was eventually sorted. However the branch was stifling with no apparent air conditioning. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022
