You need to accept electronic copies (PDF) of bank statements as other financial institutions do, rather than insist on the posting of paper statements resulting in long delays. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

You need to have a better system on how to change your password if it is forgotten rather than having to call up each time and block up the phone lines unnecessarily. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
