My enquiry related to my maturing Bond and the rollover rate, your representative informed me rates could change later this week so l have decided to delay making a decision. My Bond matures in early November so time is on my side. Reviewed on: 25th October 2021

Staff always seem friendly and helpful. I appreciate strong security, but was rather surprised to have to know what the security question was, as well as the answer. This is the first time on any website that I have had to remember both! Reviewed on: 25th October 2021
