Children's regular saver account renewal by phone

Phoned to renew a Children's regular saver account. Sophia handled this efficiently and courteously. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026

Sorting out account.

I called on behalf of my wife to get more information following an email notification of a maturing account she had been sent. We believed that this account had been closed but that was not the case. Zoe was very helpful and was able to sort out the situation for us. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Sophia Nuttall

Following an in branch appointment last month I had a few follow-up questions. Sophia answered all of these clearly so that I understood (i) where my expired ISA had been moved to (ii) setting up a future call to discuss switching it to a new fixed term ISA (iii) the key terms and conditions for my Members Savers Account and (iv) how to set up the additional account i need.
