I needed to contact Saffron as I had locked my account. The phone was quickly answered by Charlotte and she assisted me throughout the process. Charlotte was extremely patient with me as I struggled to reset my account. She took the time to see me through the process and was extremely pleasant and friendly. She is a credit to the company.
