Friendly and professional

I visit my local branch and staff are friendly and professional. I don't have to wait long. It's great that they still support smaller local communities with branches. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

Great customer service and good interest rates

Easy to open and manage my account. Staff have always been helpful when I've required help. I like that they pay higher interest rates than the banks, and offer a variety of accounts. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Excellent customer service from Sophia
