24 hour underground parking not recognised

I am lucky enough to have 24 hour parking in an underground gated facility within my retired apartment block, but there is no benefit in my insurance cost for this from the insurers underwriters. Insurers only recognise this as if it was parking on street. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Long standing customer

I've had Saga car insurance for several years and have found them competitive.I recently bought a new car and found the changeover process for insurance to be very straightforward. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

Excellent customer service

While arranging my car insurance with Saga, I encountered a technical issue when trying to make the payment online. I contacted customer services, and they were able to process the payment over the phone. However, I later noticed I had been overcharged. A representative promptly called me back to explain the situation and arranged for a refund via cheque to correct the overpayment. Despite the initial hiccup, the customer service was excellent; responsive, courteous, and efficient. I'm also pleased with the quote, which saved me around £75 compared to last year. 3 year option advantage

Cost if insurance varies year on year making it necessary to obtain competitive quotes each year, however the 3year option takes some of the worry about this away. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
