Saga gave wrong information by telephone prior to me...

Saga gave wrong information by telephone prior to me going ahead with costly windscreen repair. On submission of invoice - my claim was initially rejected, Was quickly looked into by Saga historic Telephone call conversation recording and agreed they was wrong and misled and they paid in full. Car insurance too high!

Car insurance was too high on renewal and spoke to customer service who brought the rate down! You should be increasing the premiums for people who have claims not people who don't have claims for years on end! Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

I would highly recommend
