Excellent Customer Service

The sales people are excellent and can answer any query you have. If they are going to call you back they actually do, so for customer service they provide a really good service. Everything is explained fully so you understand what you are purchasing so nothing is a surprise when you get your policy. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025

Simply outstanding service.

I have had car and home insurance with Saga for a number of years. My car insurance was up for renewal recently. Because of a change in my personal circumstances, the new policy premium was going be difficult to afford. I spoke to a really understanding and helpful member of staff at Saga. She couldn't have been more helpful. In this digital and impersonal world, it was so refreshing to speak to someone that clearly knew their job and she went out of the way to help. I can honestly say that l have not had such a positive experience from any company, let alone an insurance company, in all my 68 years. Confidence in Saga car insurance.

When changing my car I phoned and got the help I required and the options available. I think Saga insurance is worth the price and am confident shouls I need to make a claim they will be very helpful. I particulary like that the insurance includes cover if hit by an uninsured driver and also that it includes cover to allow someone other than my spouse to drive my car home or indeed hospital should I be unwell and unable to drive.
