At SAGA, you can speak directly to a human being, which is refreshing and reassuring. I have two policies and each one was set up quickly and easily over teh phone. When I had an accident that was not my fault, I was upset and finding it hard to explain details over the phone - the Saga handler was patient, helpful, calm and understanding. He explained the process clearly and made sure I knew what to do next. SAGA surprised me the next day with a wee present in the post, a surprise to lift my spirits - so appreciated, I can tell you! Easy to email in the accident details and got regulal updates on progress. Made a stressful time much easier. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

THE best car insurance cover I ever had. You cannot find anything even close on comparison sites. I believe Saga provide the best packages of insurance cover for drivers, from those who use a car for everyday runabout to those who drive hundreds of miles in a week. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

I went on a compare site for my insurance, Saga came back not fully the cheapest , but the cover is more important. I was more than happy with the quote I got, which was considerably cheaper than the previous agents I’d used for over 10 years…. Quick, no fuss change over. Everything fully explained and outlined clearly with Saga. Overall , I’m very happy and will ask them for quotes when my other insurances are due due to the ease and cost effectiveness of Saga.
