Incident & Reponse

Had an accident 2 years ago and the Saga Call Centre staff were informative and helpful throughout the process. Receiving regular texts and emails advising of progress and clear details of who to contact for any questions or concerns. When I did have to call, the staff were supportive and knowledge in resolving questions. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025

Insurer for older drivers including European driving.
