Calls are usually answered quickly by a human being! Polite and friendly staff who are always happy to help with any concerns. Have been with Saga for years because they offer the best value for car insurance. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Exemplary customer service and competitive pricing

I have insured my car for over 10 years with Saga Insurance and have always found their prices to be very competitive but, almost as important, their customer service team over the telephone to be kind, patient and considerate - which, frankly, is almost as important to an elderly person than the price alone. Thankfully I have not had (as yet) cause to make a claim against my insurance, but I have no doubt that were I to do so my claim would be sensitively and speedily dealt with. Problem solved

Had a problem with my car insurance, I was not very happy about it. The lady I spoke to sorted it out promptly and I was rewarded with a cheque. Can’t ask more than that. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
