Most efficient Customer Service with reasonable cover prices

I have been with Saga Insurance for many years for both Motor Vehicle and Building and Contents Insurance cover. I do check every year at 'renewal' as to competitiveness which they always measure up. I unfortunately had to make a claim recently following a vehicle incident and was impressed by the company's efficient and friendly action in the way they dealt with the process. My wife hit a hidden tree stump when tightening her radius of entry into our local fitness centre due to an oncoming car. Saga took care of everything and made a stressful situation worry free. Very easy to put together and easy to use

They are very good and very quick

Same cover, cheaper price

When I called Saga for a renewal quote it was half the price of quote I had received from an insurance company I had been with for many years. It offered the same amount of cover for half the price. What's not to like. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
