Gave me a good deal

Best insurance out there

After switching each year we have now stayed with Saga for several years. They continue to provide great value for money and, in the only occasion we had to claim, they were understanding, helpful, did not try to avoid the cover making the whole experience stress free. After bad experiences having to ‘fight’ other insurance providers to do what we had paid for, it was a great relief to have a company who, from the initial call were on our side and worked to sort things out. Great to be able to talk to a person

The recorded regulatory message is a bit long but after waiting for that to end I was quickly answered by a human being who was very helpful which resulted in me renewing my policy (again). Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
