Very flexible, good price, helpful

I chose Saga because it was a good price. Subsequently I had occasion during Covid lockdown, when staff were also working in difficult circumstances, to have to add another driver to my policy so that a friend could drive the car to its MOT and service for me. This was done with absolutely no fuss and very straightforward procedure, with everything clearly explained. And the small extra payment was waived as it was a Covid related incident. Knowing that I speak to a person each time I phone, and that efforts are made to make sure all is understood, does much for my confidence and peace of mind! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Good value
