Happy customer

I have insured both my cars with Saga for a number of years. Other than a couple of occasions when I used the breakdown cover extension, I have not had to make a claim. I do use a comparison website when it comes to renewal and Saga are open to a negotiation over the renewal premium to reach an acceptable compromise. The auto-renewal / three year fixed price deal was very handy when the renewal date occurred mid way through my absence from home on a long cruise. I remain happy with my choice of insurer and am pleased to recommend them. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
