Extremely helpful staff and excellent service.

I had 5 hip replacements over the years and 2 knee replacements. The Saga team were always very helpful and payments were authorised. Now we are older then excess to pay has increased, but in compensation yearly payment has decreased somewhat. Options are always clearly explained and suggestions made. Tha staff are very helpful. I was dealt with very efficiently when I got through on the telephone but gave up after a wait of 20 minutes when phoning the day before, despite being given a 15 minute estimate. Brilliant support Post accident

Post accident requiring hospital and surgery in France, saga were supportive and very helpful to me and my immediate family. Calls were always answered, solutions to problems were found, I was escorted home when time came for discharge. I would recommend highly for travel insurance. Reviewed on: 27th September 2025
