I was dealt with very efficiently when I got through...

I was dealt with very efficiently when I got through on the telephone but gave up after a wait of 20 minutes when phoning the day before, despite being given a 15 minute estimate. This is just a waste of time. Excellent customer service when I did get through though Reviewed on: 27th September 2025

Brilliant support Post accident

Post accident requiring hospital and surgery in France, saga were supportive and very helpful to me and my immediate family. Calls were always answered, solutions to problems were found, I was escorted home when time came for discharge. I would recommend highly for travel insurance. Reviewed on: 27th September 2025
